The East side Helena West Helena Water Department’s Mission is to protect the water resource, treat the water to ensure that it is safe and clean, and upgrade and maintain the distribution system to provide an ample supply of safe clean drinking water to residents and businesses at an affordable price. Continue education for the employees in the field of water and waste water prepares us to meet current and future federal and state regulation and provide for the future water supply needs for the East side Water Department.
